Our spirituality is a call to live the virtues of the Gospel with a deep-rooted interiority. St. Francis de Sales especially desired for us to live the “little virtues” of gentleness, humility, simplicity, and kindness. and joy.

To “Live Jesus” according to St. Francis de Sales was to have the name of Jesus engraved in one’s heart and reflected in one’s life to allow one’s entire self to be animated by Jesus as the way, the truth and the life.

In a gospel-inspired life, we allow ourselves to be led by the Holy Spirit. In our love and imitation of Jesus we grow in intimate union with the Father trusting in His Divine Goodness and Providence.

Vowed to God, living in community, doing all through love, we try to transform daily reality into ever-greater joy by a hidden apostolic fruitfulness.
